Whistler Golf Courses

There are four golf courses available at Whistler which open in early May. These courses have been visited by golfing legends including Nick Faldo, Jack Nicklaus, Ernie Els, Greg Norman, Fred Couples, Arnold Palmer and Nick Price.

Chateau Whistler Golf Club
This is the renowned Chateau Whistler golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. situated at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Hotel. The course hosts an elevation gain of more than four hundred feet, with exposed rock faces, waterfalls and ravines and an outstanding view of Whistler Valley. The David Leadbetter golf academy is also situated here offering Whistler golf lessons.

Whistler Golf Course
Whistler Golf Courses was the first Canadian designed golf course by a Arnold Palmer. The uncompromising course offers signature design, magnificent vistas of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains, nine lakes and two creeks. This Whistler golf club also has a driving range, putting green, bunker and offers Whistler golf classes.

Nicklaus North Whistler
This championship Whistler golf course was designed by Jack Nicklaus. It is an honor that it is the only course that he has put his name to. The course is situated in the beautiful valley along the shores of the glacier fed Green Lake. There are five sets of tees from 4,700 to 6,900 yards across impeccably manicured greens and distinctive Nicklaus bunkering.

Big Sky Gold and Country Club
The Big Sky Gold and Country Club is situated at the base of Mount Currie, thirty minutes north of Whistler and was designed by Robert Cupp. There are four sets of tees from 5,200 to 7,000 yards across bent grass and Ravensdale sand bunkers.
